The Maryland Zoo

A few pics my son took on our trip to the Baltimore Zoo. I didn't get to get any pictures of him riding the camels or feeding the giraffes because the camera battery died but we still had a great time.

Playwise Indoor Play Center

Playwise is an indoor play center about a mile from us. We went there one day after the beach. We had to leave the beach a little early because it started to rain and so we decided to do something fun indoors. The kid had an awesome time dressing up as a fire fighter, playing basketball, playing inside the real fire truck and ambulance. There were so many things to do there and we both met some new friends.

Wrestle Mania!

Wrestling is the kids' addiction. He's been to several live shows and loves to watch it on tv. He started collecting these figures about 2 years ago. He insisted that i add these pics to the blog since wrestling was such a big part of his summer...lol. he also likes to dress up in wrestler costumes and wrestle with a lifesized superman we won for him at an amusement park. I probably should have added a pic of superman as well...he's had many surgeries to replace his stuffing due to being slammed and beaten so much....lol

Summer In A Nutshell!

Well folks...it's been an absolutely exciting and fun filled summer. I don't think me and the kid wasted any of the sun filled days! Whether we just went out for dessert BEFORE dinner, the library , the beach or Ravens training camp...I must say we had a ball. Of course I couldn't capture every single fun moment we had, but I think this will do. It's back to school now which means an entire different set of adventures to share. I'm starting the school year blog soon and i hope you will enjoy it just as much as the summer of my life. For now...just enjoy the summer pics! See ya soon! :-)

More Beach Fun

The Sandman and The Chef

After a fun and tiring day at the beach...my dimple faced boy wanted to make some treats for the friends he had over for the day.

Gaming

There were a few rainy days in summer...and this is how "the kid" spent most of them. I'm not a big fan of kids playing video games(during the week he is only allowed to play for an hour out of the day)but on those lazy rainy days, I let him endulge. The good thing is that he's a kid who'd much rather be outside running, riding bikes and playing with his friends than stuck in the house.

An Afternoon @ The Baltimore Harbor

Kid Captain For A Day @ The Inner Harbor

This was alot of fun! I rented an electric boat in the Harbor for $15 and let "the Kid" drive me around. He did an awesome job following the rules, not hitting anything and not letting anything hit us! Awesome.
